We only accept applications via the form.
We can only accept applications from accounts with at least 1500 followers, this can just be on one of your platforms, not all.
Please do not apply if you are not sure you can commit to attending, our passes are very limited in number and we do not re-assign them after awarding so if you don't come, someone else has missed out!

by this, we mean a self-hosted lecture type talk on a topic of your choosing. You must provide the subject yourself, so please list the topic(s) you would be offering to talk about. Examples include: Getting Started in Wig Styling, How to Apply Make-Up for Cosplay, Sustainability in Cosplay etc
